With the acronymo RoHS (Restriction of certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment) is referred to the European standard (2002/95/CE) it exclude the dangerous substances in the elcetronic's production. Another standard with RoHS is: WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) i that's the European standard reference 2002/96/CE

Inside Micropto's products are not present the follwoing chemical materials or elements:

• Pb (Lead); 
• Hg (Mercury);
• Cd (Cadmium);
• CrVI (Hexavalent Chromium); 
• PBB (Polybrominated Biphenyls); 
• PBDE (Polybrominated Diphenyl Ether).
